What amazing customer service. Family have bought a few cars now from Allingtons, so when I was ready I went into see Wes at Vauxhall. So helpful and so friendly it really felt like a personal experience. Wes confirmed my initial thoughts for an upgrade were perfect for me and although I had a long wait, 7 months,for my stunning new Mokka-e, she is exactly what I wished for. Couldn't be happier. Wes has, since collection, been in touch several times to ensure everything is OK. Which it most certainly is.

Definitely the best experience i have ever had at a car dealership and All thanks to Wes Tighe who went above and beyond to help me and get me sorted out with a fantastic New Vauxhall Grandland , also he guided me through every aspect of this step by step, his knowledge, experience, professionalism and treating me as a person not a sale target put me at ease and I never felt pressured. The communication was Second to none and if I had any questions about anything I didn’t feel I couldn’t ask at all and I had plenty and they was answer straight away, I can’t fault Wes Tighe and I would recommend Allingtons Vauxhall, Wes was helpful and professional whilst guiding me through the different aspects of getting the new car.

I cannot recommend Allingtons enough. I dealt with Wes to get a Motability car and he was excellent from start to finish. He listened to what my needs were and he gave me options that would best suit. On collecting the car, he patiently explained all of the features to me - I am forever grateful for that!! I highly recommend Wes if you're considering going to this garage!

Absolutely 5 star service! I was let down by another "big name" garage and these guys came through and I was on the road with my new car within a week! Not pushy and listened to everything I needed and even gave me a better deal than I was offered from the other garage! I'll happily come back for my next car.

Once again Allington's didn't disappoint, going the extra mile with aftercare too. Customer service is excellent, you are made to feel comfortable in the show room with no pressure or pushiness from the sales people and given lots of time to browse. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Allingtons to anyone look for a new or used car.
